Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories (brush heads, cables, manual).
• Due to hygiene reasons, used brush heads cannot be returned.
• For any mechanical defects in the toothbrush handle, we will provide a full replacement or refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
